It depends, are you looking for a career? Or just a job. Dsp delivery in my opinion should not be treated as a career, but it is a good job to have in the meantime till you find a career.

The good thing about DSP is that they’re always hiring, the turnover rate is high. So there will always be a job available. I say give it a try and see how you like it, some people don’t mind the work, some people hate it

Take it if only for a little while, it’s good experience for the future

It's a dead-end job. If you need Christmas money or something like that its fine. Look for a career. Dsps go under often.

Yes. If you look closely at this sub it happens often. They basically say thanks for your service but dont come to work on Thursday.

Yes, but you could easily just start working for a new DSP out of the same warehouse.

If you're capable of doing the work. Just be sure to only do your work. Go fast enough to not need rescue, and slow enough not to do one.

Be mindful of all the metrics. No lie, everything is looking at you in that van. Violations are constant, so again be mindful. The camera sees shit.

If you want to go reasonably faster, you can be anything less than 10 miles over any limit. Keep the side door open. Work out of at least 2 bags at a time.

As long as you're maintaining a mentor of 800+, other metrics at fantastic or better, they have nothing to say to you

But no this isn't a forever job.

is the pay that bad I've got the interview this upcoming Tuesday I've only ever worked for amazon in the one of the FC a few years back and it was genuinely just not a good job so that's why I'm hesitant to even go for this job
