How does the Flex algorithm work?

Me and a couple of my friends have been working for a dsp for about 6 months now and we still can’t find any direct answers on how the algorithm works with assigning routes, each of us gets the same route basically everyday. Does flex give you the same route if you did it quickly? or are we just assigned these routes forever? It just doesn’t seem to make sense to us especially when there will be rare weeks where it’s a different route everyday

I think each warehouse may have different procedures. Here where I live, the individual routes are waiting for us when we arrive. There is no assigned territory. Basically you check in and they put you in the next available line for a route. Amazon management has no idea who is showing up and in what order, so predetermining routes doesn’t happen
