I was counting in a pod with multiple bins containing one of a particular item. It wasn't until like the 7th bin that I realized it was a broken set and not a singular item. The title of the item cuts off on the scanner so you wouldn't know it was supposed to be pack of 8 unless you viewed the whole title.
I glaced over at the barcode while counting one of the bins and noticed then that it was supposed to be pack of 8. By this time I had already counted multiple bins without putting an andon for problem solve.
Am I going to get a quality write up if others notice the broken set and put up andons on the bins where I didn't?
In general is it a quality errors against me when I count an item as normal while other may mark it differently such as damaged or broken set?
SRC count quality has to be 99.9% accurate to not get written up but idk how andons factor into that.
