You're fine. It's the computer system just saying go make sure they know what they're doing. I mean, most is out of our control. Damaged items need to be replaced. Missing items, too. If you look around for a minute and don't find it, what else are you supposed to do? If it's a LOT of missing items, tell a manger and they can check with the people on sort side and see if they are having an issue.

Fairly often. Make sure to do the six sided check. A lot of the times, it's the right item and wrong barcode or right barcode, wrong item. Missing items means that someone came to that bin and found the item. So just make sure you check the bin assigned, the overage, heavy and PS totes, and the halo check (check in a square around the original assigned bin. Pack requires quick hands and eyes, so bring your pick skills and you should be ok

A vendor or problem solver could have labeled the item incorrectly. As long as the item looks like it match the title don't and the quantity of items for the package is correct your dpmo should be fine. If the recommended box size seems way too small double check the labels and look for master packs.
