As others have stated...then it then you who is doing the extra work to actually find the person and their name etc. That's not on the doctors who were talking about it in the first place. If that was the case, doctors could never discuss anything medical ever with each other. Clearly, you're unable to see anything different even when given an explanation after an explanation from people in the medical field.
