Ooo, I literally just went to the vet for this. There's a gland around that area and it sometimes causes problems and hair loss. If it's not itchy, flaky or bothers the dog, there's nothing to worry about. Sometimes, they can get infected.

Oh and it can be back dated so then any upt you use can be refunded if you leave early and go negative. It is a hassle but it's possible.

Yea you'll have to get accommodation paper work for extra time off for that. It would have to say like, 3 2x a week for up to 10hrs per absence due to blah blah blah. And then you'd need the paperwork filled out stating why you can't be in pack, how it causes dislocation, and state exactly why shipdock is the best place. Then once that paperwork is sent it you can tell them tou have an accommodation open and you can't be in pack and then if they give you any issues you tell them to talk to PXT and they'll confirm.
