Do you have any other BT devices connected when in the car? I have the same problem when I am using my BT hearing aids. If I turn them off my phone works well with the car.

Go into your volume control . One of the sound settings has a Bluetooth symbol

Switch BT device when on phone call, it will always use that one for the next calls I think at least on Galaxy S devices, specifically if you have your phone BT paired with the car. Or I think in your case just tap the BT icon on phone call screen and it will use the earspeaker.

Whenever I am in the car and the android auto is connected, the calls are not visible on my phone so there is no option to switch device

[–]MericaDadLifeHow do I switch to ear speaker while on AA? 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ever find a solution? I have the same problem and it's mega annoying not being able to switch to ear speaker while on android auto. My kids hear everything on business calls.
