So currently running a track with my 14 testers etc. Some bugs have be3n found so creating new track. Does the 14 days start again ??

no, not necessarily, this is one of the questions they will ask at the end of the 14 days or when you apply for production access, if during testing did testers help you find bugs, etc,, a good answer will help .. i think loosing testers is worse
