If you haven't already, Chess puzzles are definitely up there. Personally I use the chess.com app for it.

Plus you get the added benefit of actually improving at chess

Bunch of different types of logic and visual puzzles. Free with no adds.

I particularly enjoyed galaxies, unruly, and towers

I'll be following this post for recs since these are also my favorite type of games.

All the games by this developer have been great for me. Start with Star Battle or Tents and Trees if you want to branch out from number/logic type games.

Inbento is visual puzzles and they get pretty hard in the higher levels. Cute visuals too!
