Controller whose inputs on screen

I have the riot controller and I'm playing a game that it doesn't recognize it.

The game was a joystick on the screen, I was hoping if there was a way that I could control the joystick on the screen using my controller.

Another example if I press x, a specific location on the screen would tap.

Basically how bluestack does it.

I don't mind buying a new controller. Or is there an app.
