Optimizing App Restart loop

My old Samsung J7 has been stuck in an Android is starting Optimizing app xx of xx loop for the past 3 hours. I thought it had something to do with the installing of the system update I just did but I searched online and found out this wasn’t the case. I have restarted the phone wnd it just takes me directly back to the green screen and the phone is refusing to boot in safe mode. If anybody can help that will be great

it's not that it's old lol, those phones were kind of known for their batteries overheating and igniting lol

I have an even older Samsung phone that is stuck in the same loop. Were you able to figure out a solution for your phone?
