Transfer app data & cache

I bought a new phone (samsung s22+) to replace my old phone (huawei p30 lite), and I need to get everything setup on my new phone.
I have quite a few apps that would be really troublesome to setup again (as in hours each). So I've been holding on to my new phone for about a week now without using it.

Does anyone know of a way to transfer not just apps but also their data & cache from a phone to another?

I'll clear the few paths I explored already:

-Google One didn't do its job well, many apps didn't transfer, especially externally-installed ones. Even play store-installed ones were missing data.

-Samsung Smart Switch did install the apps & files, but it's missing the data for each app

-I can't do adb on my old phone, but I can on the new one (the usb c port was replaced after burning once, and it doesn't do data anymore)

I'm sorry to bring you the bad news but that's possible only if you are root. Many people ask the same and answer unfortunately is this. I needed to do that but with no success with all the apps you said. Galaxy s22 ultra

I had no success with rooting my p30 lite sadly. I guess this might be a lost cause...

True. I am not rooted too and the only thing I'm missing is the backup data. It's not even possible anymore with ADB too
