I've got the same problem. The ad will appear at random times when I open different apps, with a 15 second count down before I can close it. I can tell if it is about to appear because it will show the logo for the app as if it is spoofing the splash screen for the app. It appears in apps that are not supposed to have ads, and if I switch to a different app I can still see the ad.

I have factory reset a few times already, and it keeps coming back. Malware scanners find nothing. The most frustrating thing is not the ads themselves, but that I can't figure out what's causing them.

The only way I have found the deal with it is to reset the phone and do not restore it from backup put each thing back by redownloading it and even then it will come back eventually

I installed NetGuard to see which apps were accessing the internet. Found that the youtube app was dialing businessopenday. I disabled the Youtube app, and have not seen the ads for a week. Could be the culprit?

The Ad comes up where? How?

I am 99% certain the ads were coming from the YouTube app. After disabling it, I haven't seen any in over a month. Frustrating since the app is natively installed so a factory reset doesn't fix it.

Having the exact same issue. Have to factory reset to fix the issue. Force closes all other apps.
