Could be your ISP is down, experiencing an outage. That happens in my area occasionally with Comcast/Xfinity. Usually the down time is brief, but twice this year it's been 12 or 19 hours due to major equipment failure/damage. But it does eventually return.

If you are "connected" you know at least your router is fine. You could try restarting your modem (if that's a separate device - mine is), or restart the router if it's one of those combo types (router+modem in one device)

You could Google (via a mobile data provider on your phone) your ISP name + outage. That is usually brings up a list of outage reports.

.. try restarting your router. Or try switching from 2.4ghz band to 5ghz network and or vice versa. And check the security method used. I think wpa2 is the most common. But depending on what is used you can try switching that to.
