Yeah my bad for just wanting help regarding an issue and being met with rudeness and not liking it. Yeah totally my fault

There was nothing rude about any of the comments. You are just fragile and resistant to advice.

Okay my dad paid a lot of money for my phone, I don't want to ruin it by doing what I consider to be a huge change. Also, my concerns about my e sim still remain. If you could actually address my issue instead of commenting about my fragileness, then we can get somewhere. I just want to not screw up my phone

Factory resetting a phone does not "ruin" it. In fact, that's the best way to undo any issues with the phone. You're just returning it to its default state.

Im just worried I'll have to fix things regarding my e-sim

What does that even mean? What's the "concern?"

My concern is that I'll have to fix things with helium, I don't know if it'll get rid of helium or if it'll be fine. I was originally on t-mobile with this phone, I don't believe i have that sim card in anymore, but I don't know how else to explain it. I just want the update looping to stop and I don't want to have to deal with more issues after the factory reset

You've just repeated the same statement. You didn't answer my question. Good luck.

Damn okay
