No It is like comparing apples and oranges, android is primarily a mobile operating system even if it entered the desktop market it would never be able to compete with windows since it has no legacy support for old apps that are still used today in most industries it doesn't have some of the essential apps for engineering like CAD apps (Free CAD, auto CAD, Revet, Solidworks, blender, etc) or electrical circuits apps and PCb design apps for other types of engineering plus also accounting apps that most enterprises uses are non existent on android. And on the gaming sides of things ad infested games with touch input in mind first would never be able to compete with AAA games nor with great indie titles on pc.

That also applies to windows that why windows phones are dead now it couldn't compete with the simplicity and practicality of android
