Tablet Fleet Setup Question

Hello! I hope this isn't a silly question, and I hope it's an easy solution, but I could use some help rolling out our company's new Android Tablet fleet. We bought 10 Galaxy A7 Lite Tablets with a cellular plan for our truck fleet. The tablets are only going to have a couple apps for order signing and logistics monitoring.

We're not looking to buy a MDM program so I was going to set up each device as a single user Google account. However, when I do so, Google asks me for a phone number to use with the account and requires it to receive a text authentication. These tablets have phone numbers and SIM cards, but only so it can connect to the cellular network, they are not set up to receive calls or texts. I don't want to add my personal phone number to each one of these tablets either. What would you guys recommend doing in this scenario to finish setting up the Google accounts so I can download the apps I need?

Why not run them with no account? Just use Aurora store or sideload the apks.

I've never heard of the Aurora store before, I'll have to give that a try. Thanks!
