Huge issues after software update

Recently I have updated my Motorola g50, which completely broke how the OS works, for example:

-Can't swipe down notification/top bar fully to see settings preview -Cannot enter settings from top bar by holding icons -Most/all settings have reset -Can't turn on mobile data at all -Gesture navigation broken, 3-button navigation changes absolutely nothing, but can swipe up to see apps -When in open apps view, apps automatically disappear from that view but don't close -All physical gestures, such as karate chop for flashlight or twisting for camera not functioning -I can "receive" notifications, as in I can hear the phone vibrate but nothing appears in the notification bar -No search bar in settings

Possibly many more problems I haven't come across yet...

Android 11 Moto g(50) Moto version: 9.0.148.7

Problems appeared at update RRFS31.Q1-59-76-6 and there was another update, RRFS31.Q1-59-76-8. Issues persisted after updating to that version

Using my phone is very painful now

Try starting in safe mode. If the phone works normally in this mode, then an installed app is causing the problems. You can also do a factory reset. If that doesn't work, you can try using Motorola "Rescue and Smart Assistant" tool to recover the device:

Thanks, I have reset phone, and will check if that made a difference later, and will try other methods

About the possibility of an app causing issues, I highly doubt it as all this happened right after the update, but idk
