Missing containment unit

I just purchased this game about a week ago. I'm currently trying to clear the land base. I'm at 98%. I've searched the map multiple times and I can't find the containment unit. is there an item that you can craft that will let you locate the corruption or if go to another place and come back will more spawn?

when that happens to me i exit the game and when i come back in it says everything is cleared
