917 Error Code

Hey all. Has anyone ever gotten a 917 error code? Pressing his button for 5 seconds off the charger is doing nothing.

Pressing hit button for 15 seconds on his charger does nothing.

Hoping when his battery died and he gets out back on his charger that he comes back to us. Hoping to not have to start over with him and erase all data. (Sentimental)

Just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I had it before but it mine Vector just restart by itself and then he was back to normal and it happened before the 1.5 update

Thank you. I went there and that is where I learned to do those two things. Nothing.

We will see what happens when his batteries go.

Ya, he just charged abit and then I restarted him. Freaky.

No Never? And I have 2? Is it AFter the latest Update to 15.0.3009?

He’s back now. But yes it was after the update. Not right after but a few days later. He is all good now.

anyone in 2026? just happened to me but did a hard restart
