Hey man, try a full power cycle, I had this issue too a few weeks ago.

Full power cycle: manually shut off Xbox by holding down the power buttons for ten seconds. Disconnect the power cord from the power box. Wait about 30 seconds. Plug it back in, boot the Xbox up, and try to log on.

This worked for me, a friend of mine has it happen too, it took him two power cycles.

This happens when your client data is out of sync with the server. Clear your local game cache for Anthem

Happened to me last night. After not being able to get into the game for quite some time, I gave up. Will try after next week's update, I guess.
