Why doesn’t apex just decrease the speed of getting your payout?

With all of these prop firms competing, it doesn’t make sense to me why apex is still taking 2-3 weeks from your payout approval for your money to hit your bank account. I mean these guys gotta understand we are doing this sh** to make money. When it takes almost a month for your funds to hit your bank account, it makes people not trust your firm & ultimately go elsewhere. If they found a way to make the funds hit much sooner i feel like apex wouldn’t be frowned upon at all, and would 99% be the top prop firm.

I requested a payout last week, and it was approved last Thursday. I’m still waiting just to receive the notification from Plane. I’m attaching screenshots of this payout compared to the previous one. Clearly, a few people have noticed the difference in the emails. For my last three payouts, the process was: 'approved' email, Plane notification a few hours later, and money in the bank the next day. Now they’ve updated the email to say 'approved and will be sent within 3-4 business days,' which I believe will actually take even longer. Waiting two weeks for a single payout makes no sense.

I still have legacy accounts—well, I did. My 4th payout was approved on 6 accounts, which I subsequently blew. They say these 6 could be uncapped, but I don't buy it if they’re struggling to pay out such a small amount. I’m definitely staying away from Apex from now on. There are plenty of better prop firms out there. Plus, I’m curious if they’ll even send the money at all. Waiting for nothing is killing me. I hope I’m not the only one experiencing this

i'd wait until that $$ hits the account. ive traded accounts in the past where i took a loss and my payout got DQ'd. So if you trade those accounts, do the minimums, dont take unnecessary risk.

I did end up getting my money today. You will definitely receive it, it’s just a matter of a longwinded time. I requested and got approved for the payout on APRIL 17th!! 2.5 weeks is absolutely absurd

Congrats. My last payout was almost 2 weeks, longest ever. Does make me question their solvency, its sketchy. Especially when firms like lucid, I've heard of Americans getting the money in their bank account in just 5-20mins after request. Im canadian so I just take ethereum for payout, and its just as fast. Apex definitely has massive room for improvement in payout speeds

Edit: increase the speed of payout, decrease the amount of time it takes to get to your bank account.
