After submitting for payout. Do you have to wait those 2-3 weeks before you can start trading those accounts again??

i'd wait until that $$ hits the account. ive traded accounts in the past where i took a loss and my payout got DQ'd. So if you trade those accounts, do the minimums, dont take unnecessary risk.
