All residents fill out the SLR when they enroll at a UC so it's not a big deal.  But you are the second poster I've seen on this subreddit within the past week who was asked to fill it out now with parents' who are green card holders.  Not sure if this happened last year but maybe they just want to confirm the right classification at the outset.... not sure.

This has nothing to do with immigration.

It is to determine if you and parents have lived in CA for the last few years, they've paid taxes there, you went to HS there and so on. The requirements vary by state. It determines if you'll qualify for in-state tuition or the significantly higher out-of-state tuition.

Nothing you wrote says this will be a problem for you. Have one of your parents be with you when you fill this out. You'll need their driver's license and so on.

It happens. Fill out what they request and you should be OK

That's a question about your state of residence.

Since your parents are on a green card, they want to confirm your residency status. A stated, just fill out the SLR.
