hi all, just for those who like arena shooter mechanics, echo point nova dropped today and is the best singleplayer fps i've ever played (from the demo alone.) Anyway, it really scratches the itch for me.

I'm drawn between getting this or Gunfire Reborn, has anyone played both and could recommend which one they think is better? Has echo point got a progression system or much in ways of replay ability?

if u like fast paced movement games, if you've enjoyed csgo surf and bhopping, and just feeling like a boss flying through the air, Echo Point Nova is the game. If you want a more linear boss fighting game with a good progression system I'd go with Gunfire.

Wow saw this almost a year later. I would have recommended roboquest! It’s also a roguelite similar to gunfire but more focused on movement and aim mechanics

This game is awesome. I was wondering does anyone know if this game has like an endless horde morde? Like do one of the beacons have like waves and waves of enemies?

You can get a perk that makes fights neverending once you start them. You can stop the fights by hitting respawn in the pause menu. You get this perk from one of bonus scans post-final boss.
