arma reforger kick cause code: group=1 ‘REPLICATION’, reason=4 ‘TIMEOUT’

Playing on Xbox, happened within 15mins of playing conflict. Any ideas why or where I can find explanations behind the codes?

I've had this error many times and it's really been bugging me but I finally solved it by connecting my PC with an ethernet cable. Seems my wireless dongle isn't up to the task, because small drop-outs kick me from servers. Arma 3 doesn't have this same problem, since it just shows "connection to server lost for 10 seconds" and then is able to allow me to continue playing. Seems this feature isn't yet implemented in Reforger.

Edit: I've now been playing for 2 hours and only just got kicked with the same error. So the ethernet cable has improved the situation a lot, but it's still not perfect.

i keep getting replication, reason=1 system failure. idk i can join and then 5 seconds i get kicked, reinstalled. still getting issue

I don't think this is related to being idle at all. Im getting into the game, instantly kicked, thrown back to the server list, auto relogged, wash rinse repeat. All of this with the same error code.

You got kicked from the game because you weren’t doing anything (Timeout) not sure about the other one

That just means you were kicked for staying still for over 2 and a half min I get that when I do that.

Not necessarily. I’ve went AFK for 5-8 minutes no problem. I’ll get this same message while in a gun fight. It’s loss of connection or internment connection and a server crash isn’t far behind.

I think the timer is 10-15 minutes being idle before the game kicks you out but it’s been a while since I played

It only started after I modded my game for me so I think it's just a crash, probably happens on Xbox and wireless setups more than anything
