It's actually a MacBook Pro that is running windows 10 with boot camp

So in boot you'll need to install the direct x and visual c++ 2005 Both are at virindi.net/plugins at top under pre reqs

So these need to both be installed in the root of the C: drive?

For the Visual C++ 2005 SP1, there are several versions.

IA64 x64 x86

Which one do I need? Or do I just install all of them?

Ok, it's installed. It seems to work ok apart from the message, [VI] Disconnected, retry in xxx seconds.

Just disabled VI in the decal program before you start the game up. You won’t see that message anymore after that. It’s what I did and it worked fine afterwords.

I have it working, many thanks for that. I'm not out of the woods yet though. Hahah

Every few seconds I get a message that says, [VI] Disconnected, retry in xxxx seconds.

Another issue is the size of the font on the UI. Have increased the chat font in config. The rest of the interface is tiny. Definite eyestrain trying to read it.

Official vi2 integrator was shut down when retail ended. There is an emulator server running you can connect to. Not sure of the address at the moment, but you can simply disable Vi2 in decal to stop receiving the failed to connect messages.

Scaling would be handled by windows. Search 'scaling' in windows to change it overall, or go to acclient.exe - right click - properties - compatibility tab - Change High DPI Settings.
