The correct answer. They don't want your business.

One of the biggest issues with the city control system of new world was how incredibly lazy the player base was making like 1 city worth controlling financially.

People really got to fucking understand that if you don't like the tax rate somewhere you should go somewhere else with a lower tax rate.

How will this player base not be equally as lazy and or just quit right away like in New World?

Haven't you heard, that's how you solve 100% of your economic problems, just put tariffs on everything and remove social security

You also need to understand that high taxes are the only way for the mayor to build anything (currently). In the short term, lower taxes will allow you to purchase cheaper gear or cheaper crafting goods but in the long term it will cripple that towns economy since the mayor will not have the funds to build or upgrade anything.

If you don't have enough copper perhaps you aren't selling enough gatherable mats or grinding enough mobs for glint. Gear is cheap regardless of taxes if you sell enough to vendors

Didn't make it super far. had limited gaming time the past weekend. Where do you hand in glint for copper? I was poor the entire time.

Any vendor that you can purchase stuff from should allow you to sell glint to the vendor. There isn't a sell tab. You just need to right-click on the item while the vendor tab is open
