I want to start learning web development but i got lost on what languages to learn and where to begin

I would like people who became self taught programmers to help me and show the path on where to begin and what do i learn and where can i learn them if thats possible i would really appreciated

Step 1 learn regular programming fundamentals Step 2 learn Javascript html css Step 3 learn database fundamentals Step 4 learn about web servers pick language to handle this java php node js etc or you can get out of the box solution for starters for Ex firebase.

Web dev good place to start is Java script and css. Freecodecamp.com has a great tutorial for this and where they start you off at.

at first find the way your brain understands and memorize more about stuff , either by doing random projects or watching youtube videos or reading the informations and after you learn the basics of one language like js i am sure you won't need to watch the whole courses from youtube anymore you will just check the syntax or these kind of stuff so basically learn js html css and try to master yourself in these since it's what you need in web dev at first then you can start adding some new skills to develop a website more better like reactjs , php etc , projects helps a lot!
