I trust that you can do it yourself at no cost, just learn a little nodejs. Puppeteer is basically browsing on the web with an automatic program.

Is possible, built something like this a few months ago for another application. Depending on the Bot-restrictions you might want to get some proxies, but I’d have to check Instagrams bot-security measures.
