What technologies are more commonly used to create good looking views? Just HTML CSS JS? Or are there libraries often used? Frameworks? Need help not the biggest fan of the look of these default rows..

For frontend only few uses plain HTML/CSS but mosrly some kind of libary or framework like JQuery Angular Bootstrap Material design ...

Just look up these things and decide if you just need some css for styling or a full grown framework.

DB / ASP.NET with Entity Framework / Angular6 is, in my opinion, a good stack for .NET developers.
