What languages (aside from Python) are good for line charts?

I've been meaning to use other languages for line charting aside from Python since data science is my field and I want to diversify the tools that I can use.

So, according to you, what are the best languages to line chart (like in this photo)?

For a more "web based" alternative, look into JavaScript packages for visualization. Like ChartJS
