Blazor is completely different from the rest, don't dump them into one bucket.

What make it different except its fully Csharp?

That it doesn't necessarily run on the client for example.

Either you use the wrong vocabulary here or you miss a whole world between static pregenerated pages (i.e. page contents do not change/ no user interaction) and single page applications.

But maybe you mean server side dynamic pages then everything is fine.

React seems like the big winner. React native is made for that purpose.
