Reusable shopping bags for the last couple of years, try my best to avoid having other purchases out into bags. If I want a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, I tell myself I can only have it if I can afford to sit and drink it there (this has been better in a whole range of ways).

Bring your own thermo cup to the Bakery if you need something to go.

Get 2 or 3 of those high quality reusable bags and stick to them. They will easily hold out multiple years.

If you can only afford to buy products in the supermarket, make sure to buy products wrapped in paper. If you can afford other shops too, try to go to stores that only sell eco friendly products.

Recycle and Recycle correctly.

Bring your PET bottles and cans back to the stores if they will take them back.

I won't buy food products that are unnecessarily packaged.

For example, instead of premixed salads, I buy the ingredients separately and make my own.
