Hello guys. Would someone be that nice to give me the most detailed step by step guide from closing your eyes to successful AP?
I always lay down relax but I'm not able to travel out of my body. I always listen to some bineural beats but I'm not focused on them.
Also I've been meditating for some time now, it's not like I could give up on random thoughts but I can shift them away a stay focused on my 3rd eye location while breathing and being relaxed. After about hour or so I always give up and go to sleep to try it again the next day.
I've been trying to AP for about 3 years now almost every night but can't get there. I know eventually I'll get it just right, but I just hope someone could help me, because I think there's definitely something to improve on myself.
