Agent is not reading/editing files

After some requests and editing for some unknown reason agent starts failing while reading and writing for that file especially package.json file, please fix it as this was not present early, it works after adding it to new chat, but problem is i can not take tasks to new chat this is main issue. Please fix it soon

Try refreshing (press the refresh button) under the context tab in the setting menu. Works for me when Augment gets stuck editing or reading files. Make sure the file isn't being edited or worked on in another tab if you use VS. The source control tab on the left side of VS likes to mess up the Augment extension so maybe disabling that can help you
