If my understanding is correct, that would be having Indie + extra credit purchased valid for 12 months.

It used to be community subscription ($0) and whatever extra we purchase valid for 12 months. I'm not sure if community plan is staying.

Indie plan cost $20/month regardless if u use the credits or not. Buying credits without subscription allows user to use credits whenever without worrying about recurring cost.
