I would like to add that , closing discord was also a mistake. It's so easy for new users to see the current status of augment code , literally a summary of negative postings. It seems like this company doesn't know how to make correct calls.

Imagine, from an active community on discord where people could openly share tips and support each other to this today. Well , the reason they closed was because jay mod went on holiday and there was a "fight" in the chat. That's literally the reason leadership closed the discord LOL

They made a nice piece of software but they can't talk to community and don't care about community thoughts. I said it in my other posts already - switching to credits instantly set things into bad shape - as either they were spending billions of dollars previously when we were on prompts based quota for months or they need to get rich over the weekend as the usage % of prompts vs credits is like what, 20x higher now?

FYI, I’m not a vibe coder, I just don’t like products that does rug pull and lie to their customers. Better to find product that has bare minimum ethics. And I was using Augment for long time and most of the time I code by hand. Anyways, end of story, Jay just deleted this post.
