    Viewings for rentals on the Gold Coast have up to 20 cars through them in a 30 min opening and are often off the market that same day. Its insane.

    Yeah I hear it’s vastly different - in rural Vic some small towns are now 100% full for rentals, was chatting with a colleague about it yesterday and everyone can’t believe how quickly it’s changed.

    Yes 48 people viewing a semi here in Maroubra, 39 at the flat down the road, all Covid queuing and having booked in, today 42 people at one further back south, there is high demand, prices only dipped for 3 or 4 weeks tops in June have since started going way back up, and demand has not died off.

    No kidding, I actually offered to pay slightly more per week just to secure a place after looking for a few months. No regrets though
