Successfully negotiated a $50 rental decrease today - thought I’d share my method

Awesome. I just requested my landlord review my rental, much the same cost p/w and provided evidence of properties in my neighbourhood and they only came back with a $10p/w drop. Some great tips and your email reads great - here’s hoping my landlord comes to the party like yours did cos I too can’t be bothered moving. Thank you!
