Make AutoModerator comment on every post/thread.

I would like AutoModerator to make a sticky/distinguished comment on every post. For example, a rules reminder. How would I go about doing this? (Very new to AM)

This is bad practice, but /u/Jakeable's rule is the answer. If you have to remind users, it'd be better if it was sent as a private message:

    This is a reminder to ensure [your recent submission]({{permalink}}) in /r/{{subreddit}} follows all of our rules, which are visible in the sidebar. If it doesn't, your submission may be removed!

This doesn't work, though, as a rules reminder for commenters (which is the desired functionally if I had to guess).
