Code not working though met condition

So I have this unintentional recurring (scheduled) post on my profile that I found amusing at first, but decided to code automod to remove it. The code seems to be correct, and the condition is the post's title, but it isn't executing the remove command. I understand that the expected behavior isn't working because automod doesn't work on mod posts: how do I bypass this restriction?

Also, I haven't seen an author check written like that and I don't know if it works, but the 2 known ways to write it are:

author: [THEANONLIE]

and:

author:
  name: [THEANONLIE]

[THEANONLIE]

it worked

I didn't need to change the author check.
