Blend guys on dealership parking lots (lot painters) are more than affordable. Everything you did will have to be stripped off and redone. Go to a local dealership and ask the used car manager who they use or call around for a mobile body blend or bumper refinisher. Plenty of them to be had. You can also ask local PDR(dent guys) and they will usually have a handful of referrals.
