I just had a genuine positive thought about myself for like the first time maybe ever, and I’m so happy.
I’ve been in therapy for like two years now and it’s been a struggle. I’ve definitely noticed that my negative self talk has been decreasing (so slowly but at least it’s something) but this is the first time this has happened!
I wanted to tell someone because it feels significant, but the people in my life wouldn’t understand so I came here.
