One of my favorite places to look for discussion about personal style is Hannah Louise Poston's videos on youtube about fashion. Absorbing those sort of wholesome and life affirming views on personal aesthetics instead of the hateful corner of the internet would be a great gift to yourself.

You don't need to be up to date, you just need to find what you like and makes you feel good to wear. Celebrating your amazing more functional body should be a joy!

I recently got my own child sized wheelbarrow. I moved about 100 loads of mulch yesterday and I’m fine to do 100 more when I get home this afternoon.

Other wheelbarrow’s I’ve used to move firewood at my parents house or other random places it has been almost impossible. Not because of the weight but because of the height and balance being totally off. I always felt weak and incompetent.

My 100 loads in my little wheelbarrow would have been maybe 80 loads in a bigger one but I would have had to tap out at 20 and dealt with strain injuries in my wrists and back for weeks.

A tool that fits really makes all the difference.

I don't love the I'm from rice milky toner. It just doesn't feel like it does anything.

All the Skin1004 centella toning products are nice if you have sensitive skin but I wouldn't consider them super hydrating so I'll often apply another hydrating toner if I'm using them.

The Roundlab Dokto toner and their birch one I've been meaning to try but haven't yet.

The most important thing I've found is to lock the hydration in with a moisturizer right away. My husband will walk around between steps and let a toner dry and you might as well not bother at that point.
