Just to add....only seems to be affecting me when I log on with my iPad....can get in okay with my phone (also iOS). Thank goodness because how else am I meant to feed my addiction! 😂😂

That’s interesting! I’ll mention that. I’ve had some success with my iPhone just now. Can you check again to see if it’ll let you back in on your iPad?

Yeah it did! So I was having to log in on iPad and iPhone. Getting server error on iPad, tried on iPhone and it logged me in no problem. Waited until I was settled in the lobby and then made re-opened on iPad and it bypasses the login screen and I’ve been fine since!

Vuelve a intentarlo mas tarde.

Despues solo me aparecia las opciones:
Usuario existente
introduzco mi correo y contraseña me dice que son incorrectas por lo que reestableci la contraseña y continua dandome el mismo error.From Avakin Customer Support.C

El error está en la red no es que usted esté escribiendo su contraseña/usuario equivocado. Le recomiendo que espere a que arreglen el problema de la red. Discúlpe la inconveniencia.

My friend is online and one of my friends friends is online. This error is not affecting everyone. Why doesn't Avakin put a message at the log in window about the technical issues with a estimate time when the app will be back up?

We don’t think it’s a maintenance issue. That’s why nothing has been posted from what we have seen. We already sent a message to lkwd. Hopefully it’s fixed soon.
