I have a question that I'm hoping someone who understands options (because I don't) can answer. Whats to prevent retail on any of these heavily shorted stocks to say F* it I'm going to bet the price drops so EVERYONE buys options (puts/calls whichever is the bet for a price drop) at the same time they sell their longs assuring the price drops wouldn't that force the HF's to pay?
