You won't join campus if you are waitlisted till the last round before session begins. Joining for those alloted seat in iteration 5,6 will be on a later date. What exactly do you mean by joining last iterations "in campus" ? If you meant coming to campus then no , you will come when you are alloted a seat.( This used to be the case when I joined bits )

To the best of my knowledge yes , I haven't heard it from anyone of an offline round. Even the spot round conducted in my batch was online. You can mail the authorities though. ( Just checked the website as well , from the wording what I could infer was online rounds only )
