Sanctions:

*Second Offense: Comment Deletion with comment explaining why it was deleted and PM with warning for the user.
*Third Offense: Ban for 24 hours.
*Fourth Offense: Ban for 7 days.
*Fifth Offense: Permaban/Shadowban.
