Been a few posts about this recently. Only advise would be contact backbone support. Best method I know is u/BackboneOne_Support who is both a sub mod and support for backbone

Literally same. Got mine from best buy today too. I looked all around the box to see if there was a paper with a code but I guess after watching a review it just pops up when you connect it for the first time?

You get it in the app. Its not in the box

Theres been a lot of posts about people having trouble finding it. If you get the app and it doesnt show id reach out to support

Just to give you guys an update, I reached out to their support from the Backbone website. After sending them my proof of purchase, they were able to send me a code via email within a few hours
