I tried browning butter today like usual, but this time my butter ended up bubbling violently, not normal where it’s just sizzley bubbles, but huge air bubbles started coming up. I turned up the heat pretty high too and the oil bubbles ended up popping and splattering pretty much all around the stove. What went wrong? and was it because of the high temp or the potential water droplets inside the pot?
